My mission is to empower strength athletes to train harder, meet body composition goals and feel more confident in their bodies — through practical, evidence-based nutrition that values mental health.
I understand how challenging it can be to understand "Myth" from "Fact" when it comes to nutrition, along with dealing with a busy workload whether it be work, school or a competitive sport.
