The 12-Week Post-Show Success Program is designed to help bodybuilders and competitive athletes navigate the hardest part of their journey — the time after stepping off stage. Instead of battling constant food fixation, and the loss of routine or purpose, this program provides the structure, guidance, and support athletes need to transition into their offseason with confidence, clarity, and control.

Shift from “prep mode” to a balanced, sustainable approach to help you reduce stress, food obsession, and self-criticism

EXERCISE
Refocus your training for performance and progress in the offseason. Learn how the gym can be a place for growth, not guilt

Meet Hannah, your Registered Dietitian

My mission is to empower strength athletes to train harder, meet body composition goals and feel more confident in their bodies — through practical, evidence-based nutrition that values mental health.

I understand how challenging it can be to understand "Myth" from "Fact" when it comes to nutrition, along with dealing with a busy workload whether it be work, school or a competitive sport. This is where I come in. I can help create a realistic plan tailored to you to help you meet your goals.
