Hannah Donaldson is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist located in Hamilton, Ontario.
She works with clients all across Ontario and helps them with body composition transformation, performance fueling strategies, nutrition programming and protocols. Hannah also emphasizes the importance in meeting your goals while fostering a positive relationship with food.
Hannah's other areas of expertise include pediatric nutrition, digestive health, emotional eating and chronic disease management and prevention.
